You can permanently delete your NetworkChat account and all related data at any time.
Delete it yourself
- Open NetworkChat and log in.
- Go to Profile → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. If you signed up with Google or Facebook and don’t have a password, email us instead.
Ask us to delete it
Email networkchat@toyqubo.com from the address on your account (or include your Facebook/Google name) with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete accounts within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, photos, messages, likes, matches, profile visits and any location data. If you used Facebook or Google sign-in, the identifier we stored is deleted too. You can also remove NetworkChat’s access from your Facebook or Google account settings.
