NetworkChat (“we”, “us”) is a free online dating app available at networkchat.toyqubo.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored encrypted), age, gender, state and city.
- Profile content: photos, bio, interests, what you are looking for, height and who you are interested in.
- Sign-in with Google or Facebook: if you choose it, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and an account identifier from that provider. We never receive your Google or Facebook password.
- Approximate location: only if you allow it. We never store your exact position — it is rounded and shifted by about 1 km before it is saved, and you can hide yourself from the map or remove it at any time.
- Activity: messages, likes, matches, profile visits, blocks and reports, and when you were last active.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information used for security, spam prevention and rate limiting.
How we use it
- To run the service: show your profile to other members, suggest people near you, deliver messages and notify you of likes and matches.
- To keep members safe: detect spam and abuse, review reports and enforce our Terms.
- To improve NetworkChat.
We do not sell your personal information.
What other members can see
Your name, photos, age, gender, state, city, bio, interests, what you are looking for, online status and your approximate area on the map (unless you hide it). Your email address is never shown.
View-once photos
A view-once photo is stored in a private folder and is permanently deleted from our servers as soon as the recipient opens it, or after 14 days if it is never opened. We cannot stop someone from taking a screenshot, so only share what you are comfortable with.
Profile verification
If you ask to be verified, you take a selfie while copying a pose we choose. Only NetworkChat administrators can see this selfie; it is used solely to compare with your profile photos and is permanently deleted as soon as your request is approved or rejected. The verified badge can only be granted by our team.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, likes and matches. See our Data Deletion page for details.
Age requirement
NetworkChat is only for people aged 18 or over. We remove accounts that appear to belong to minors.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in with Google/Facebook. Your browser may also store small preferences such as your selected state.
Advertising
NetworkChat is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Ads are never shown inside your private chats, and we never share your messages or photos with advertisers.
